In July 2015, Astaka completed the construction of a three storey mosque at the Johor Police Headquarters in Johor Bharu. In August 2015, the Group officially handed over the mosque to the local community and it is envisaged that maintenance and upkeep of the mosque will also be undertaken by the Group. In addition, the Group will be cobducting outreach programmes for the community at this mosque.
Moving forward, the Group will continue to allocate funds and resources to crafting more corporate social responsibility programmes that will have long-term positive impact for the community.
